First Friends is an independent nursery open 51 weeks a year caring for children from 9 months to 4 years. Established in 2011 First Friends started off at Cleve Rugby Club careing for 2 – 4 year olds.

Having sole use of the bar area Monday to Friday the area was transformed into a clean, bright and cheerful setting. In March 2012 we were proud to receive an outstanding grade from Ofsted.

To gain this achievement in a rugby club which has probably never been achieved elsewhere was something very special to us. Wanting to get away from having to pack the setting up each week and the desire to care for a broader age range new premises were sought.

In October 2013 we moved the business to it’s current location in Bridge Road Kingswood. Due to relocating we were once again inspected and once again achieved an outstanding grade in March 2014. As proud as we are of these achievements we know today is a new day and that there is always ways to improve on yesterday.
